TAN Business Unit is backed by well-founded, large-scale manufacturing facilities with a robust R&D facility, advanced technology equipment and multi production units, ensuring consistent quality of our products and, at the same time, enabling continual product development. The total installed capacity of our plants is around 500,000 MT. We are expanding further in order to cater the growing need of Mining and Infrastructure industries.
Our production process employs the world’s best technologies to ensure better quality, thermally stabilised and free flowing products. Along with UDHE, Germany which is our technology provider for our biggest plant at Taloja , we also have other partners such as Norsk Hydro, Sweden and Grande Paroisse, France which provide flexibility and competitive advantage to produce Technical Ammonium Nitrate as per customer need. The designed throughput and quality parameters are achieved after comprehensive R&D and support from the process licensors.

Supply Chain and Logistics
TAN BU has a dedicated logistics team for coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of TAN products, ensuring timely transportation and delivery of ammonium nitrate to its domestic and global customers. Technical Ammonium Nitrate is delivered directly to our customers located in India and in the International market such as Middle East, Africa, South Asia and South-East Asia.
Our state-of-the-art Technical Ammonium Nitrate manufacturing units are strategically located at the Eastern and Western coasts of India, which helps in realising efficiency in Supply chain and Logistics in both Sourcing and Delivering, to efficiently cater to domestic as well as global demands.
